yea i have bright blue eyes, boys like looking into them but they also look at everything else. it depends on your personality and the way you carry yourself and it also depends on the boy. cuz a boy isn't just going to talk to his friends about how pretty your eyes are. they are going to talk about something else if you know what i mean.
