Like herbal Essance or Sunsilk...whatever?

After you wash your hair...do u have to put any products in your hair while it's wet and comb it thro?

Then you blow dry....then flat iron your hair and then after that....what else do you use?

Do you flat iron your hair in the early morning before school or do it at night and put a nightcap over your hair to keep it from messing it up?

Please answer all these question! I really need gelp because I so didnt know flat ironing hair could be so hard and so many steps to it!

Alright, so I've been wearing a 32 D for the past 3 years (I'm 21). This year I have no idea what happened, if I lost weight, muscle...I don't know. Earlier this year I had some 32's and they fit me fine and I would wear them on the first hook, gradually my back shrank and I started wearing them on the last hook. This was over the coarse of 6 months, and it wasn't the bra itselft stretching out because I've been searching for a 32 in stores to fit me and every single one I try on I've been starting at the last hook. I haven't lost weight, I've gained about 7 pounds in the last six months, I know it's not muscle because I've been doing the same routine everyday so it's not like I gained or lost any of that. My husband suggested to me it might be my herniated discs? But I wouldn't think they would do that. So my next size to be is a 30DD. The only stores that carry them are online and they are so expensive! VS, Fredericks...no stores around here carry them.

I blow dry, straighten, curl, and color my hair on a fairly regular basis. I'm noticing a lot of split ends, and it looks damaged. What's the best way to fix this?
