I think heels are definitely slimming but what about boots? My view is that knee length boots absolutely are, especially with a heel. However you need to be tall and slim to carry of over the knee boots. What do you all think?

I have natural hair, bout 6-7 inches past my shoulder but I don't do anything w/it except put it in a bun everyday. I was searching online for some good ideas on some sort of new-not-too-crazy (modest/conservative) hairstyle I could try, but all I find are these websites with pages full of people with perms, presses , weaves, etc. I have never had a perm in my life, never pressed my hair in my life. Honestly I couldn't tell ya what the first step of either of those are. I've never cut my hair in my life (on purpose&don't plan on it),&I've never been to a salon/hairdresser. (Don't necessarily have the money for all that anyway.Passed by a salon once and the lady said she'd have to close up shop all day just to do my hair because it's too long) Don't want dreadlocks&I won't cut it. Don't know how to work curlers, etc. I just want some ideas and I'm not having any luck on the web. if any of you all have any thoughts or suggestions or websites I could visit would be great.Thank you :)

Guess what. I bought a watch but the strap was too big. I paid £5 to a swine who took out some links. But he did not take out enough links and it was still loose. I asked here if it is ok, some people said yes. some people said no. I could not sleep last night because I was worrying about this watch strap. So this morning I went to another jeweller shop. The bloke said he charges £5 to adjust the band. So I paid the £5. Total of £10 paid on adjusting a goddamn watch band. Can you believe it? I cant even afford to spend money like that cause I am on the sick.

Any way. The watch fits like a glove now. My question is: Is it only Chavs that wear loose fitting watches? You know the sort. The type who go down the pub with their mobile phone on their belt buckle, wearing a cheap sovereign ring, and addidas trainers. Only people like that wear loose fitting watches dont they? Only people like that wear their watches like a bracelet. whats wrong with those people?

Do you prefer to tuck your jeans into your boots or wear your boots under your jeans? My boyfriend loves it when I wear tight jeans and tuck them into some cowboy boots or killer knee length boots. I also love that sweet and sexy stable girl look but what do you all think?

My hair is in really good condition but, it has always been really thin and fly away so althought it is healthy and shiny, it looks limp and weak. I don't color it, nor use a hairdryer/straigtheners, and look after it with conditioning etc.

I already have a high-protein diet, which I've heard helps with hair conditioning, but are there any products which can help thicken and strengthen long hair, or help it grow faster?

I am going to buy my wife some perfume for xmas.
I will be looking for something that is very nice but not necessarily the most popular.
We do not go out a lot as we have children but i want something so when she does go out it will make her feel special or give her a lift so she can enjoy herself.
