Try this. Dandruff is the result of a dry scalp. Try conditioning more often (2-3 times a week), and shampooing less often (once a month.) Then comb thoroughly with a broad-tooth comb. Also, drink more water, since hair is also skin. More water can mean better hair! You can also start spraying it with a "shine spray", which will make your hair look healthy. Hope these suggestions helped!

For healthy hair, wash your hair with EGG shampoo every 2 days. The scent may take a while to get used to but it feels really nice on your hair and has a lot of nutrients. As for the dandruff, before you wash your hair, massage and rub your scalp to loosen the dandruff. Try to get rid of as much dandruff as you can and then wash your hair. Yes, you can use the same egg shampoo I mentioned, it does do your hair good. I've been doing this and my hair is as healthy as healthy can be.
I can offer no advice on hair fall as I have never experienced that.

Your hair needs special attention whether you do some sports. In fact the sweat mix with the hairs’ oily substances, thus making locks flat and bodiless.
What can we do to dry and nourish our hair? First of all try to use sylicon-basedproducts, and for the first month, put restructuring compresses on your damp and perfectly washed hair.
Here you are some precious “natural” tips regarding compresses:
Banana compress. Make a purée of bananas and put it on your dry hair. Wash it after 20 minutes with a delicate shampoo.
Nettle lotions. Lotions and tratments made of the plant’s juice are largely used to do away with dandruff and to fight against hair’s weakness.
Cress natural lotion. Mix the cress’ juice and the alcohol (95°)use it once a day to massage your scalp.
One more tip: pleae take great careover your feeding! Some food represents a true natural defense for our hair. In fact carrots, rich in vitamine A, help protecting eyes and skin from solar rays. Instead spinach, chicory and dark-green vegetable are useful to defend the hair colour.

THESE R THE COMMON MISTAKES DONE BY PEOPLE STOP DIS AND U WILL GET UR HEALTHY HAIR
1) Washing hair on a daily basis.
Regularly washing your hair strips it of essential oils and can leave it dry and brittle. When washing your hair don't rub the scalp vigorously as this will stimulate the oil glands to produce more sebum.
2) Leaving shampoo and conditioner in your hair.
Shampoo and conditioner that is not thoroughly rinsed out of the hair is the worst culprit for bad hair days. It counteracts styling products, leaves your hair looking dull, limp and unmanageable. Try to rinse your hair for an extra couple of minutes after shampooing and conditioning.
3) Not trimming your hair every 6 weeks.
The tip of each hair is weaker then the root, making it more vulnerable to breakage and split ends. Having the tips trimmed every 6 weeks helps to maintain the condition of your hair and its style.
4) Rubbing your hair vigorously with a towel.
The action of rubbing you hair with a towel actually roughens the hair cuticle, which can lead to frizzy, flyaway hair.
5) Blow-drying hair until completely dry.
Overheating your hair makes it susceptible to breakage and strips it of shine. A better idea is to blow-dry hair until its 80% dry and then let it air dry, naturally. Alternatively use a leave-in conditioner or styling product that protects your hair from heat styling. Also, hold the hair dryer at least 30 centimetres away from your hair.
6) Not using products recommended for your hair type.
Many women misdiagnose their hair type and subsequently purchase the wrong hair products to style hair. Using the right product will help to recreate that special salon style.
7) Thinking the latest fashion hair cut will suit you.
Not all of us can get away with the latest, trendiest, most fashionable hair cut, and to be quit honest, asking yourself, do you REALLY want to be the proud (or maybe not as the case might be) owner of a haircut which is bound to be out of fashion before you have even walked out of the salon. Drastic haircuts take a long time to grow out, so be sure you want to take the risk before sitting in the char and letting your hairdresser go to work. Be specific and take lots of photographs to ensure you are getting the look you want. It is a good idea to take along a trusted friend for advice! Better yet, you can check out a new look on our Makeover Machine and get some sort of idea how that 'dream hair cut' will look on you!

Buy a shower Filter! Thats what I did...And now I only have to use half the conditioner i used to.
Chlorine is an inorganic substance that chemically bonds to the protein in our hair and skin, destroying its natural ecological balance. It’s fine for removing stains in your laundry.
However, chlorine can leave your hair dry and brittle and make your skin flaky and itchy. It can also trigger negative
reactions in children, the elderly, and
people with chlorine-sensitivity. Because of this superior chlorine reduction, you will see changes in the way your hair and skin feel including...
healthier, younger-looking skin
softer, more manageable hair
relief from dry skin and scalp
less fading on color-treated hair

i might quite have healthful yet they the two look great. It relies upon on what look you're going for that day. The curly hair could no longer be healthful, because of the fact a curling iron and hair products have been used.
