I am a 22yrs girl presently only my face skin has got loose & weight also growth.it's look very unshape .what should i do? is there any remedy?

u r young and your skin should b in gr8 tone still go to a skin specialist and have him issue u some exercises they

If you have money, then have facial surgery. But having a normal face with blemishes is fine. It defines our character. Inner beauty is till the best. Do not be too conscious of your outer that you forget the inner.Your Mr. Right will see how beautiful you are inside so, that is what you should improve and worry about. Change your perception. Get a hand mirror. Lay down on your back, with your face pointed to the ceiling. Put the mirror between your face and the ceiling. Smile.

Ignore what you think you see in other mirrors,.. that's how you look to people.

Mirrors do all kinds of screwy things. If you really are worried about your face's skin,.. do expressions in your hand mirror while your laying down like that. That's basically what people pay for,.. people to make them angry and happy and that's how they work up the muscles in their face. They usually are laying down, too. So good simulation without burning your money.

first stop looking into the mirror for a fortnight
apply cream on the curd mixed wth basin powder gently massaging and when gets dried and ready to peel peel it off
wash with a slightly warm water
dont use soap or any cream for 4 hours
you will look brighter after a fortnight

facial exercises!

Stretch your mouth as wide as it may go...then make your face as small as it can go
Stretch every which way, puff out cheeks too several times a day..
