its sounds silly but it works, spray it with hairspray!!! It works for me

You can use hairspray or I know that a lot of shops that sell party accesories & fancy dress shops do a spray that acts like a glue to seal the glitter on clothing that is relatively inexpensive.

Use unscented hairspray it works for a lot of things. I have used unscented hairspray to lacquer my brass to keep the shine too.

Spray it with hairspray and wait for it to dry, it won't stop it all, but it will help!

hairspray works, make sure you spray it a few metres away, so it doesnt ruin the dress.

You could try spraying it with hair laquer... (try it on a small area that won't sho first! ... Usual disclaimers ;-)
