I would describe a fabulous dress as one thats just been slipped off your shoulders and is lying crumpled on the floor.

something you feel confident in wearing, and possibly glamorous with lots of glitter or sparkles? or maybe you can wear a dress and put one of those banners across your body (like in miss america) saying "Fabulous" or "Miss/Mrs/Ms Fabulous"? Just a thought

black or red super fitted satin gown, floor length, strapless. Accessorise with black sating gloves to the elbow, huge diamond ring and diamond bracelet and diamond stud earrings. Hair up in a french roll and perfect starlet make up. For the finishing touch, i would have a small satin clutch bag and a cigarette holder. Nice!!!

What a strange theme! I would say 'glamorous' try something stylish that you feel comfortable in - something classy - perhaps the classic little black dress?

Any dress that compliments your figure type. In other words, if you look great in it, it's FABULOUS!
