Well this is kinda embarassing to begin with.. I wear good quality bras, but when i wear lighter colored shirts or even if the weather is a bit chilly, my nipples start to stick out and this shows through my shirts, even if i wear wear a slip. I am desperate. i would really apprecite good advice.. help me please..

Know of the best shampoo and conditioner for the above hair type? I prefer professional products please. Products like Pantene, Dove, even Loreal's cheaper range do not work for me.
