Well this is kinda embarassing to begin with.. I wear good quality bras, but when i wear lighter colored shirts or even if the weather is a bit chilly, my nipples start to stick out and this shows through my shirts, even if i wear wear a slip. I am desperate. i would really apprecite good advice.. help me please..

well i know that guys ll never mind.. ;) but still.. out of desperation i once put on a band aid and while it added to the size of my nipples it really hurt when i peeled it off.. :( is there anything i can wear to cover up ? sweater is not an option, i live in a tropical country.

well, maybe you should wear sweaters. that, or be comfortable with your nipples sticking out. i'm sure it happens to us all.
p.s i've heard that putting band- aids on it works. i'm not sure

Try getting a lightly padded bra - not the kind with gel or an obvious, thick pad in it, but the kind that feels like it's kind of made of foam and holds its shape when you're not wearing it. They don't add to the size of your breasts, but they will really help disguise erect nipples.

Good Guestion...they just talked about this product last week on the view...they are called sassy nips???(something like that) it is a little sticker, that is reusable& washable! Looks like a flower shape to cover nipple. The View girls said it works great too! try to find it on google. Or you can go to the view website, they said they would have a link up for them! It's a great product, and I think you will like it, from what you have stated. Good Luck!

Why don't you wear padded bras. This way your nipples will not be noticed even if they stick out because of the pad.

You can buy pads to put it your bras for this. I have heard of women using band aids but I think the nursing pads you can find at any drug store for nursing mothers will work good.

Wear a fully padded bra-with even padding on the cups ( make sure its not pushup or enhancing bra). dont worry about your breast getting bigger than it aleady is, its ok, at least you'll get the cover that you need.

They have little things to cover ur nipple to help with this problem....better yet try a padded bra that's what I do.

Yea that happens to alot of girls when that happens to me I put a band-aid or tape on them or i usally wear training bra's because they're thick frabic

Maybe you should wear 2 tops underneath. I had that problem once and thats what i did.
