NO go ahead and color your hair it ok, Its ok to do color after 1 week after a perm but if you want to wait 2 weeks that fine too.

No, the bad idea would be to color first and then perm.
Within two weeks time the chemicals from the perm should be out of the hair and it would be safe to color. If anything the color will condition the hair after the perm.

It is extremely bad. Your hair will be so dry and will get all frizzy. Also, the chemicals in the color are a lot stronger than in the perm, so the color will take the perm right out.

It is really bad, for when you perm your hair, there are certain chemicals that keep your hair curly, and if you dye or color it, then it would me quite damaging to the root of your hair,

if possible, dye it after 1 month or more if you dont wanna turn bald at a young age

Depending on the state of your hair, it might not be that big a deal. What I would do is take a look at my hair currently- is it dry, or brittle? If the answer is yes, do not colour your hair. The minimum waiting time between chemical colouring/styling is roughly 14 days. You are in the safe zone, but don't do it if you're losing hair already.
