if you've been suffering long with acne, then topical creams and external might be a non-permanent solution, therefore u need a cure from the inside. The best solution for Acne is a medicine called Roaccutane. If you consider taking it go to a doctor first.he shall prescribe it for u along specifiying the dosage. It is a strong medicine, might get some chapped lips and psychologic hallucinations in some very rare cases....If you want to continue treating ur acne from the outside, i suggest that you wash with the Neutrogena Acne Soap or the Effaclar from (La-Roche Posey) and use some creams or ointments like Oxy or Neutrogena-On the Spot...or even Cutacnyl 10 is great.Goodluck

First things first...RELAX! Cleanse, tone and moisturise your face morning and night. After you have done this apply an acne cream. Choose 1 night a week to give yourself a DIY facial. Exfoliate your face, wash your face as you normally would, apply a mud mask, tone, apply a pore strip to your nose, moisturise and then apply an acne cream to your 'problem' areas. If it's the Avon makeup that's making you break out then change makeup. Is this the first time you have used Avon? If it isn't then maybe your skin just suddenly decided that it didn't like what your putting on it. If you keep up the routine of looking after your skin the breakouts should disappear in no time! Keep eating lots of fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water. Also, try to get a good night's sleep! This usually works for me and hopefully it will work for you!

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

wash face in the morning and night and use a toner. Such as triple action astringent from biore. This contains salicylic acid. Which helps acne. At night try a nice gentle facial scrub and put some zit cream such as clean and clear avantage acne spot trreatment.

Funny enough, for a quick fix I have found the best sollution to be on Wal-Mart shelves. The product is called Equate Acne Tratment Cream (maximum strength). The active ingredient is benzoyl peroxide. It has worked great for me for short periods of time before I inevitably break out again. For long-term use I have found Proactive to be the best product, although it takes longer to work.

I would suggest you try using Jojoba Oil as it is almost identical organically-speaking to sebum, which is the natural oil produced by your skin. As well as being a great natural moisturizer it can also help with acne, Jojoba Oil penetrates into the skin without clogging pores and is suitable for all skin types it contains vitamin E and antioxidants which are great for fighting aging signs and moisturizing the skin.

Studies on jojoba oil show that it has the ability to prevent skin from becoming too oily. This is due to the fact that putting jojoba oil on our skin can trick our cells into thinking they have produced enough oil. Remove any surface dirt from your skin, then put just a few drops of jojoba oil into your hand and rub it into your skin when you start to work jojoba oil into the skin, the oil penetrates into the pores. As jojoba closely resembles

your skin's own oil, moisturizing with jojoba oil sends the message to your pores to stop overproducing the sebum that causing the oily skin.

I took my daughter to 2 dermatologists and spent a fortune on products, until someone told me to try a product called Acnee free..it's sorta like proactive stuff but it worked fast on her and still is. I found it at a CVS drug store for about 20 dollars. Good luck.

Try ProActiv..I tried it and it worked for me! I love it. Just give it a try, it may work and it may not. Everyone's skin is different so some treatments may work better than others, some may not work at all. Also try some Neutrogena or Biore, they have great cleasners and toners! Good Luck!
