How much does a tattoo of the whole chinese zodiac animal wheel on my arm or back costs or what if I used only one of the chinese zodiac animals? And will it hurt?

I don't like and trust my Vice Principal because he acts weird and creepy around girls. I caught him, like three times looking at girls and when I walked in the front door...he just stared at me with the corner of his eyes and looked mad, he didnt even say "good morning" to me and the kids after me....he said good morning, but didnt say anything to me, just looked at me harshly.

This happened two times already and having second opinions, but dont know. He always looks mad but I know better than to judge a person because that could be his facial expression he got from his parents but not so sure about it. Is there anything I can do because he has not once said good morning to me and said ti to the other kids AFTER me and I overheard him talking to a teacher and they got in a fight.

I have just bought a lovely pair of Tan coloured knee high boots with the intention of wearing them with jeans (tucked in) but I can't get the boots to zip up with my jeans on!
I am only a UK size 8-10 but with quite large calfs for someone so slim.
Any suggestions as to what else would look nice with the boots as I really like them but haven't been able to wear them yet?
I don't want to look slutty either, so sensible answers only please :)

Or rather, it's dark brown on the top only, as my side hairs are darker. I do not use harsh chemicals and have an indoor job. I'm 22. My hair used to be very black before, but now it's a wierd combination of brown and black. It is also coarse and curly, but that's the natural texture. What do you think went wrong?

I want to buy a dress from ebay, but the seller asked me for the sizes of the dress. But that dress was from China... And the sizes there are different from my country. I'm from Romania. So she said she had the dress for sizes between 6-16. But in our country those sizes don't even exist! So what should I tell her? Does anyone know the sizes they use in China? I'm 14 and slim.
