Some do, it depends on their hair type and how long their hair is. Personally, I have long hair and I only use jojoba oil on the ends of my hair since that's the only part that is dry. My hair would look really greasy if I did the entire length.

Nay, they do. I got lots of friends from england, basically europe who love to go for hair oil massages. But i guess the middle eastern and indian love oil massage the most.
