Yes, Marilyn Monroe had a mole on her face. Although she wasn't a model, she was famous. Hers was actually pale and she darkened it. If it is like a strawberry, it can be brushed with makeup. Or you can be a model for something else. There are many options.

Of course, any body can have them. A foetus is not going to know whether she is going to become a supermodel one day! But, the choice of KEEPING the birthmark comes later.....
Some celebrities have worse things like pimples and scars on their faces, that they so cleverly cover up with makeup or use the airbrushing technique in photos to look flawless. I'm sure, a birthmark or two is better to have than such ugly acne. Pick your choice!

yes... but i think if the birthmark will not affect the performance of such a model, and these models like cindy crawford who has a big mole in her face, still can look so gorgeous even with the mole...

it depends upon the face, whether it should remain or covered with make up..
if u want to be one, have the confidence to face the crowd, that's all you need!!

Sure, but i wouldnt know if you would then be classified as a supermodel or just a model or just a body double, a back body double that is.

Well if it is something that can easily be covered up then why not? After all thats why they have make-up artist. Not all models are perfect underneath all that make-up anyways.
