My parents are divorced, and my mom still has her wedding band from the marriage. I was talking to her, and she said that she never wore the band anymore, and I asked if I could have it because it would mean a LOT to me. She agreed. So, what I wanted to do was wear the ring (of course), but it won't fit any of my fingers. I would like to know, can I get the ring melted down or something to fit my finger? I don't know if this makes sense, but I would like to keep the ring as "whole" as possible. I would like to keep it as intact as possible (meaning, I don't want to loose much of the gold). What can a jeweler do to get this ring to fit my finger? Thanks for reading!

I am never good when it comes to getting haircuts and asking for what I want. For my next haircut, I will probably bring a picture of what I want. However, I want to be able to explain the cut that I want. The closest pictures I can find that show what I want is from Edward Norton in Fight Club.

How would I ask for a haircut that looks similiar to that shown in the pictures?

I have scar along my cheek that I've had since I was 4 - so it is about 17 years old. It is NOT raised - just flat - but is red colored (even more red in the summer when I get tan). If it didn't have the color, it would hardly be noticeable. I do put concealer on it but makeup wears off as the day goes on.
It seems like ScarGuard lightener seems like a trusted brand (I have not tried it though) but I'd like to try to find something cheaper or some crazy method or product someone has used that has surprisingly worked.
I DON'T want to try Vitamin E caplets or anything like that - I do not think they will work at all since my scar is so old. I really think I need to look into some type of scar or skin lightener.
Please let me know if you have any ideas or experiences!

Every area of my skin except for my nose and chin... and sometimes around my lips... is PERFECT. I am absolutely pleased with most of my complexion. I have what I think are black heads and clogged pred on my nose... and I can't seem to get them to go away. On my chin, its is always slightly red and oily and bumpy and pimples pop up every now and then. I have a problem covering up these areas with concealer. Anyone have any suggestions as how to treat these areas?????

I am a student and I just can't spare $50+ right now for a haircut as the holidays are coming up, and I'm pinching every penny. But, I still need a cut. Dont just say gay without any explaining, say why you think they are automatically considered gay. Its gorgeous but I've never worn it! And I've had it for years too.. Its plain dark purple and mini, with a square neck, so a real sixties shape although its also quite fitted, more like an a-line shape i think.. I need your adivce on how to wear it.. I was thinking of pairing it with black opaque tights, patent black heels and a black elasticated waist cincher belt. What do you guys think? I think it maybe well suited to this fall's trends.. Have you guys got any ideas for what jewellery I could pair with this? And what bag and coat style would go with this look? Maybe an oversized blazer? Thanks!

Last week I went over to a girl I like's dorm room and she wasn't there. I guess I was kind of rude to her roommate and 3 friends. They had a lot of fun at my expense. They tied me up with a pair of panythose and a bathrobe sash and they gave me a makeover. They even managed to get a dress on me and then they took a ton of pictures. They've offered to destroy the pictures if I go over this weekend and model some clothes and cooperate completely. I was told I'd have to come alone and be extremely agreeable. I really want to destroy those pictures before any of my friends see them. Should I go over this weekend and agree in exchange for the pics they took? I think they plan to take more pics, but at least they wouldn't be as embarrassing. Is this a trap?
