Beauty & Style - 15 November 2006

OK, I'm a guy who knows knothing about skin. I am also a former lifeguard, swimming teacher, and currently a soccer coach. So, I have spent way too much time in the Sun. As a result, I have a couple of brown spots that I'd like to get rid of.

Will one of those "microdermabrasion" gadgets permit to "polish" them away over time? Or should I just get out the sandpaper? (Just kidding!)

Any suggestions or recommendations will be welcomed. Thanks!

I am 13 and my eyelashes are really sensative to mascara. So I don't use it that oftten. I was wondering, can an eyelash curler be used by itself?

how would it look without mascara?

is it bad for sensative eyes?

will it make me look too made up?

I have circles and I am not that old AT ALL! not even 20 and ive looked up the reason on why there are circles its because of thin skin and .. usually starts to show when someone is older I need help pleaseeee WILL SHEER COVER OR BARE MINERALS HELP?!?! Hi,
Im 19 yrs of age, got curlyhair but they re falling and cutting. what do I do to boost the growth. A friend suggested ganja...lol...how do I get that? Do u know of any good hair remedy I could use? Okay. well my hair is naturally VERY thick & hard to handle. and up until last year i ALWAYS had braids in. now, i have been relaxing it every six weeks.. and washing & blow drying every two weeks. its disgusting because i do sports so i sweat and it gets greasy but its still dry.. ugh. okay i really want to be able to wash my hair every 2-3 days or so, but i cant because i CANNOT blow dry it that often.. & without blowdrying, it isnt managable. so my question is: what can i do to make my THICK african-american hair nice & straight after washing it? how do you guys deal with it? what do you do after washing? & do you have picture?

Hi everyone, i am straight male, 16 yrs old, and i like to paint my nails a clear polish. I keep them well kept. So far no one has said anything to me about them in school but i did notice one of the guys in one of my classes followed my example. O.k. I wear artificial nails, the glue on kind. I LOVE how fast and easy they are, and I don't want to take the time and pay $$$$$ to get them done when I can do them myself in 5 minutes. I am sooo tired though of the SAME old designs. I have found some very very cool nails online, even on ebay, but they are all from out of the US ( China, Australia, Great Britain). I really don't want to order from that far away...I want to order from the US. Does anyone out there know of anywhere in the US that makes predesigned artificial nails that are different and neat looking? :-)

I shower every morning with shampoo and conditioner, but it seems that I havn't had a good hair day in ages. I like wearing my hair long, but then it drys out so quickly and looks scragly. It only looks good when I style it like in my avatar's hairdo, but I don't want to wear buns the rest of my life. I don't like hair-spray or mouse either, I just can't work with my hair.
