You shouldn't really have any lines at your age. If you use a heavy foundation and glob it on it will crack making you appear that you have wrinkles. You should try a lightweight foundation or a tinted moisturizer.
If you are worried about preventing wrinkles you should start a skin care routine now to prevent future damage.

Lines as in wrinkles, or do you just mean streaky foundation? If you mean wrinkles, I seriously doubt that you're getting wrinkles in your teenage years, and don't bother yourself over that. If you're worried about streaky foundation, the answer is simple; before applying the foundation, make sure your face is clean and moisturized, then put a little concealer over your troubled areas, then put foundation on top of that. That way you won't have to lather on the foundation (seeing how foundation's thinner than concealer) and in the end, you'll use less. This is good because unfortunately to all us us who are blemish prone; some concealers have a high concentration of a cancer causing chemical, so the less you use, the better. NEVER put concealer on your lips for fear that you ingest it, raising your risks. I know it sounds stupid, advising you to not put makeup for your skin on your mouth, but many people put a dab of concealer in the middle of their bottom lip, on top of the lipstick, to lighten the centre, giving the illusion of fuller, bigger lips. If you want this affect, buy a lighter lipstick, it's that simple.
Back to your problem; if after this, your concealer is still streaky, then dampen a face cloth and run it over your face, blending your foundation into you skin, making it less noticeable.

put moisturizer on first and wait a few minutes before applying your foundation. the moisturizer will help spread the foundation better and give sheer coverage. I dab a bit extra foundation on blemishes for coverage. I try to use a moist foundation instead of powder....unless you have a shinny area. I like to also apply a slight glow foundation on areas like checks, forehead and nose....like how the sun would hit my skin.
make sure you wash your face every night before bed. Leaving make up on overnight is not good for your skin. also use toner and moisturize according to you skin type. If possible use foundation with a good spf...over time the sun will do damage to your skin. Also good sunglasses help your eye area stay damage free.---hope this helps

Depending on what kind of foundation you're using, the heavier products, such as those with mineral oils (cover girl, maybelline- yuck) will settle in the crevices of your skin, (yes skin has crevices) and give the appearance of lines. Use a lightweight moisturizer, and find a nice light foundation. Try Clinique ..it's very popular with teenagers, and the consultants are very knowledgable about which degree of coverage you need.

i think the lines in your face is cause by the foudation becase you didn't blend the foundation well enough. alo, if you want to cover the pimple, you have to use consealer. just dab a very tiny bit in your finger and apply to the pimple and blend it well. then put power (same color as you face color) on the whole face. and use a brush to brush off the excess powder! hope this will help.

First of all..don't worry so much about what people think!
Secondly, use a quality base that works with your skin type (dry, normal, oiily, etc.)
Use a good moisturizer and keep your face clean. Don't sleep in your makeup. this will help prevent lines and breakouts.
Always look for non-comedogenic makeup products. This means it won't clog your pores.
Good Luck!!

communique through a techniques! you have to be able to communicate to one yet another not only in the course of the chuffed cases yet even as issues are a touch rocky, i imagine thats the position a lot of human beings have a tendency to diminish to rubble, they get in a controversy over in spite of (likely a previous project) and then they wrestle and are waiting to throw contained in the towel extremely of fairly chatting with one yet another. I also imagine that there ought to be some without delay ahead values and ideology between one yet another and an extremely reliable information of what you and your major different want in life; like your targets, major changes could reason subject matters later. have self assurance is only as major as communique, i for my area imagine both bypass hand in hand. And love is the biggest, not only the feeling although the action, understanding that you or major different would do some thing for you

What I would do first is treat my pimples. Then, if you want something to cover it, I would use a powder on my face. I learned the hard way with makeup, I wish someone would have told me better. I really like MAC, powder.

uh, what lines do you have? you're a teenager. the lines they're referring to are wrinkles. using a heavy foundation when you have wrinkles is not a good idea, and although it shouldn't matter at your age, try using a lighter formula, like a mosturizer.
