Go ahead, all it does is bend the hair, just be gentle when you use it, don't apply too much pressure or you could tear them out!
Also, if you are going to use mascara, put the mascara on AFTER you curl them or the mascara will stick to the curler and get pulled (ouch!)
It doesn't do anything freakish with your lashes when you have them curled, it just opens up your eyes a little bit, it's very natural looking and you can hardly tell.
I'm sure you'll look fine.

An eyelash curler is a great idea. It basically gives you a little curl, without having a heavy make up look. I don't think it is very evident if you don't use mascara as well, but it will make a small difference.
You could try a clear mascara and use that after the eye lash curler - that way it won't look like you will have alot of make up, but it will help keep the eyelashes curled.

oh yes, use an eyelash curler. At first it may make your eyes water, but you'll get used to it. It'll open up your eyes. Without mascara it won't stand out as much. An alternative is a clear mascara gel. Cover Girl offers one.

Eyelash curlers will weaken your eyelashes, yet received't reason any serious damage, except you take advantage of it after the mascara. i might want to easily recommend utilizing them in some circumstances, as I do. in case you should have curled eyelashes on a daily foundation, some mascaras curl your eyelashes.

an eyelash curler isn't going to make you look "made up" or anything. It will just give you the appearance of pretty lashes. I have naturally long eyelashes and i use one everyday. After that i apply mascara to keep them up.

You could try the curler, but girl your eyelashes will hurt! I'm not sure if many people know this but the curler cuts and rips your eyelashes. If you want your eyelashes to be noticed try putting some light but pretty eye makeup on them with a make-up brush. It might sound weird but it works!(I've tried!) Hope I helped!

Curl away, honey!
As long as you don't pull the curlers away from your lashes, you should be fine.
If you find that the curl won't set or your lashes sag through the day/evening/whenever, you could always try a fine layer of clear mascara. The Naturals Collection do an excellent line of beauty products for those of us of a more sensitive disposition.

i woulod definitley use an eyelash curler. all it does is curl the lashes giving you a more wide eyed awake look.
and have you ever looked into clear mascaras or ones made for sensitive eyes? i have a friend who can only use hypo-allergenic clear mascara, so she still gets the definition but with no color and no side effects.
it can be pricey, but you can go online and search or go to more highend makeup places and just ask them about mascara for sensitive eyes.

I often use just an eyelash curler, because my lashes are long, but they arent curled. It makes me look sooo much better. Try just curling them, with a thin line of eyeshadow (use an angled brush) brushed into your lashline.
