If so, do you recommend it? How much is it? I notice the commercial never mentions the price... Thanks

I think it depends on your skin type. I think it would work best for people with normal to slightly oily skin. As for me, I have very oily skin. I would not recommend this because when it is first applied to your face, it gives off a "glow." That may sound good, but when I have an oil break-through it makes me look greasier than fried chicken. LOL. I have tried using the Mineral Veil (their mattifier), but it only made me look more artificial when I applied it. It did not do much to control my oil either. Worst, it broke me out.

The colors aren't too bad though. I found a good color match for me. I'm in between Fairly Light and Light, so I can mix them both together. I would still be using this today if my skin didn't hate it so much. =(

The club price is 2 payments of $29.99. It includes 2 shades of powder foundation and a Mineral Veil jar. I think one foundation by itself is $25.

I have been using it for 5 years and I won't use anything else!! It is expensive but if you look at it this way it might not seem so bad. The foundation by itself is $25, however it will last you between 2-4 months(depending on how much you use). The eyeshadows (called glimpses and glimmers and last least 6 months, depending on use) range from $12-$13 and the blushes are around $15(again, at least 6 months, depending on how much you use). You can also buy the kits that are out for the holiday season. They range from $45-$65 depending on what's in them. The "starter kit" is $45 and includes 2 foundations (a light and dark one that you can blend together if neither of the 2 colors work for you by themselves), warmth (it's like a bronzer), mineral veil (a translucent powder that you use to "seal" it in) and a brush. Some of the holiday kits might include eyeshadows or other brushes, I recommend the starter kit until you are sure that you like it. You can get them at Ulta or Sephora, as well as at the Bare Escentuals Boutiques. I got mine from QVC, so try that too! Also, during the holidays some of the stores might be doing a product demo, look for those. Good luck!

I have used Bare Minerals by Bare Essentuals for over 5 years! I love it! It gives you the coverage you need, without looking like a mask. It is best to watch the infomercial a few times to see how to put it on properly (it can be tricky). Once you get the hang of it, WOW. You can be ready in half the time it used to take, and all of their products are great! I swear by the foundation powder, warmth, blush, and eyeshadows!!!

YES!!!! I've used it... Its great at first but after a while it looks bad. When you wear it, it looks like you have make-up on, alot of it. I don't like it. It really does not cover all that well as advertised and it rubs off pretty fast, so you would have to re-apply... don't get it!! its not that expensive, I paid about $30 for a promotion they were having, but they also send you a catalogue and that stuff is expensive. I wear Clinique and have for many years.. its the best. I love their foundation. Try that instead, they also give you free stuff which I llove. "clinique bonus time" is the best!

I can't say that i've tried this product. I didn't really want to pay "2 easy payments of 29.99". But instead i use L'oreal Bare Naturale. I'm sure they have the same results. I really like it because it feels like you have no makeup on and you don't have to worry about foundation lines that you forgot to blend. This one only costs about 13 dollars at Walmart or Kmart.

I love it i will use nothing else. I do not remember how much it cost. I get my from QVC shopping chanel. If you get it from QVC it does not cost nearly what some of these ppl here are saying i would never pay that. some are saying that it looks like you have makeup on well then they are wearing too much i wear it all day and it does not rub off it does not look bad use common sense when you are applying. besides everyone is not going to like it. everyone is different.
