Like everybody said, Drink more water. At least 10 glasses a day. Fuits and vegetables are always good. Also, exercising is a good step.
But with that you should also have a proper skin care routine.
Get a face wash depending on your skin type like oily, dry, normal, combination, acne prone, etc. Use this wash every morning and every day. If you wear makeup, then remove your makeup first and then use this cleanser or if you're lucky you'll find cleansers that also remove makeup. After you wash your face, the next step is to use a toner. Using a cotton ball, spread the toner all over your face, except eyes and lips. Make sure your toner doesn't have alcohol, because it's not an ingredient you want to have in a toner. Or try finding one to suit your skin type. A toner restores the PH level on your face and also removes any left over residue fromt he cleanser than could clog your pores.
Next is to use a moisturizer. This is a very essential step, because moisturizing brings back the natural oils that your face needs. Don't worry these natural oils won't clog your pores. Also make sure you either wear a sunscreen or your moisturizer has a sunscreen in it of SPF 15 or higher. This prevents premature aging from the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays.
Make sure all your skin care products are oil free, hypoallergic, which means it won't irritate your skin and non comedgenic, which means it won't clog your pores.
Also be sure to exfoliate your skin twice a week to maintain a natural glow.
Good luck!

Cetaphil! It has done wonders for my skin, and I don't drink water either. If you combined the two, watch out! :)
Also sunscreen EVERY day.
