It's a sad thing in America when our teens are asking this question and those are the numbers. YOU KNOW you are not overweight or fat, if anything you are too thin. Do not let anything pressure you into believing otherwise. Check out your BMI,Body Mass Index (fat %) just do a search on yahoo and you can find the BMI calculators everywhere and you can see where you need to fall to be healthy. Anything below 25% is good. You really should be comfortable with your weight, it is not what is most important in your life. I am worried you are getting an unhealthy vision of yourself if you have to ask that question weighing what you do. Please check out your BMI and feel comfortable that you are fine!

At 5'3" and 110lbs your BMI (Body Mass Index) is approx 19, which is actually at the lowest end of the 'normal weight range' (lowest being 107lbs, heaviest being 135lbs) Overweight is anywhere from 141-163lbs, obesity is approx 169-197. (all of which is determined by using your height of 5'3")
Now fat is a matter of opinion and I don't find anything about your whole 110lbs at 5'3" to be overweight, muchless fat.

your not fat, just have muscle. If you dont think your fat, then you shouldnt listen to people that tell you you are. The numbers on the scale dont mean anything. What really matters is whats in your head. If you are already excersising and eating healthy, theres not much more you can do anyway. Your fine. Love the skin your in!

No...especially if you have a low BMI.....I am 5'3"...weigh 120 pounds and have a BMI of less than 18...(less than the fitness instructor that measured me)...I wear a size 2 or 4 and I weigh 10 pounds more than you..(and have many more years).....so weight has less to do with "fat" than muscle tone and your BMI...also I will add that I have peers that weigh less than I do but wear a much larger size because of their "fat to muscle" ratio...stay informed...scales do not mean as much as size and fitness

It sounds like you are fit and healthy. What more can you ask for? At 5'3", 110 pounds is not fat, it is normal.

No, you are not fat or overweight at all. You sound very slim, toned and healthy. I'm guessing you have around 20% body fat, which is considered ideal. HTH : )

Neither.
You are 'a bit sad,' though.
From http://pediatrics.about.com/cs/obesity/l/bl_amifat_quiz.htm
"A 13 year old (female) teen
who is 110 pounds
and is 5 feet and 3 inches tall -----
is at a healthy weight.
You were wrong. Your are not 'overweight'!"

Your dumb that I am convinced. You have to much time on your hand...... Go do something for someone else instead of worrying about your weight... Go volunteer and give back to the world..... There are kids out there that can't even find food to eat you need to help them instead of worrying about your weight....
