Got loads of options as I have the same problem hun.
Cropped trousers which come to the calf as it gives the same look as trousers tucked in...especially very fitted ones.
leggings should tuck in and they are very in at the moment with a long boyfriend jumper or short skirt.
A-line skirts are very this season and would look great with a pair of patterned tights.
Long skirts are not very in fashion but 'tartan' print is and theres plenty of long tartan skirts about (New Look/Topshop etc)
Hope this helps, also this year Ive bought my boots from Evans...the plus size shop, although Im slim the boots have more calf room and fit great with my jeans in and are no moreexpensive than anywhere else.

I had the same problem - my resolution for jeans was to take an old pair of my jeans and cut the bottoms off so they reach just below the top of my boots - i can tuck them in and they don't go over my calves so i can still zip my boots up!

How about a longer skirt? In the winter I can't cope with a short skirt (with or without thick tights) so I have a lovely light brown cord skirt to the knee - wear them with a slim-sitted low cut jumper and smart hacking jacket and scarf. My boots are mid-brown, high heeled with a round toe.
Also wear them with: Mid thigh demin skirt (black tights when it's a bit chilly), skinny jeans (your only hope of tucking them in sadly). I'm not keen on palazzo/gaucho pants with brown boots - a bit too formal?

A lovely look is the skirt to the knee or below with thick tights.
Or how about a shirt dress or wrap dress (very funky designs out there right now.)
I think Emma T's reply about cutting the bottom off a pair of jeans is inspired - well done! I'm off to get my scissors!!

With that colour of boots your best bet is something on the same type of colouring ie autumn colours browns, fawns, green, anything like that. Try wearing them with a skirt maybe that meets the top of the boot or with just a bit of leg showing between the two.

Have u tried really skinny jeans?
You can wear leggings with a long top or a dress over the top, Shorts with thick tights, Jumper dresses, I love wearing all these things with my long boots it looks so classy if done in the right way.

are the jeans 'skinny' jeans? if not, then you will have problems getting the boots done up over them, believe me! get some skinny jeans or why not wear them with a pair of baggy three-quarter lengths, like everyone is wearing lately.. if your legs are long, then it would look nice. Or even the very 'in' jumper dresses.. knee height boots would like nice with a jumper dress.

You could wear them with straight legged jeans. Or you could wear the boots with a really nice pencil skirt in a like beige or something. As long as the skirt is knee length it wont look sleezy.

The new gaucho pants look super great, as do longer skirts.
Knee high boots are so classic-they are a great investment in your wardrobe! Try leggings also-with long tunic top. There are also cropped jeans that will be easier to tuck. You'll look smashing!

i like them! I used to have those ankle boots while i became youthful. They have been slid on and that they have got been apartments. i presumed they have been the best issues. I grew out of them and that i've got no longer considered the rest like them because of the fact. I had them in a white pair and a black pair. I desire ankle boots frequently, yet I do like boots that pass as much as the knee or larger for different events.
