Has anyone tried laser hair removal or any other permanent hair removal? Does it work or should I just stick to shaving rashes and stubble?

I buy my dreads from Afrocare cos they are cheap but they are way too long so I cut them.. I have tried all the usual heating and twisting techniques but they still come undone! Can anyone (without a mean or stupid answer) help?

I used to have very oily skin and pimples. I am 23 and it's been 6-7 years since I am having this. I used to squeeze my pimples and now they have resulted in ugly scars and pits. The pimples have subsided but the oil secretion around nose, below lips and forehead hasn't stopped. The skin is prone to black heads and a lot of white heads. If I pressed around sides of my nose, a lot of oil in form of white paste come out. Also on forehead and cheeks there are small boils containing white paste(oil & no blood) in them.
I have tried consulting dermatologists who have given me ointments to control oil secretion. These ointments have made my skin dry superficially and have cause flaking, dullness, leathery look and redness but hasnt stopped oil secretion beneath.
For the pits I have been trying micro dermabrasion but I cant see any results.
Any solution(ayurvedic) to the pits/scars and better skin?
Also any suggestions to good clinics in hyderabad to cater this problem ?

I will rewrite this question, because the last one i wrote made no sense at all.

I don't have short hair, i have long hair. when i mean long hair i mean long for boys not hair going to sholders. My back hair up to my neck. My sides going to my ear
-I have naturally Flat hair
-What i mean is it sticks on me.
-When you look at my back hair its the hairs going straight down, it looks like i've been laying down on my back hair the whole time.
-my front hair its kind of away from my forehead but still its too close i think

-What can i do to make my hair not be so close to me? I don't know if i made sense i don't know how to describe this. And i am not so good with english. I don't want curly hair. I just want regular hair where it does not stick

Hi how can i be proud of my pale skin. the thing is i am sick of being told that i am pale, and people asking me if im ok, which i am fine its just the way my skin is.But i found my self going and buying a sunbed which i will never use, and all these tanning moisturisers that im allergic to. I dont know how i can deal with people asking why im so pale, but i like the way i am so when they comment what can i say. ? I know when i have blonde hair people comment on how good i look but as soon as i go a shade darker they say im ill, i like having light brown hair but people cant help but pick at me.

I just took a shower and used Pantene Por V Anti Breakage Conditioner and my roots are really stiff while everything else is the silkiest its ever been. I just can't keep my hands off it! Should I not condition my roots with Pantene Pro V? I've heard it has wax in it.

Why is it that guys will yell out the window or something to that effect and tell a girl that she is sexy? Or this is one I hate "HEY SHAWTY" I can't stand that. I got my first tattoo yesterday (made another question about that, and people were SO incredibly helpful so thank you)- it is all black and on my lower back. I am washing it gently with antibacterial soap and applying the A&D ointment, it doesn't hurt at all. I did notice that when I rub the ointment on a tiny little bit of black flakes off on my hand. Is this normal?

I thought it wasn't supposed to start flaking for a week.
