I buy my dreads from Afrocare cos they are cheap but they are way too long so I cut them.. I have tried all the usual heating and twisting techniques but they still come undone! Can anyone (without a mean or stupid answer) help?

Maybe burn the ends? I know it does kind of look awful sometimes but it could solve your problem! And just burn a little more when it starts to come out? Otherwise I have no idea how to solve your problem! Maybe by not getting them from Afrocare? It might be the quality?
