My problem is that I get bumps on the outer sides of my legs and just above my knees then the day after shaving all those little bumps turn red and itchy and shaving is so much easier to and less painful compared to waxing or using an electric razor like I'm doing now If any body can help thanks in advance!

Im having my formal soon and I'm not sure if i should use cream or powder eye shadow makeup.. My friend said she personally didnt like cream coz it makes creases. I'm going for that dewy look and was thinking of using colours like either browns with gold or greens with gold eye makeup.. I have a warm asian complexion and my dress is light green. Every time I first start tanning, there are a few placesthat gets bumps, almost like a rash or allergic reaction. It always goes away after I get used to tanning but I was wondering if any one else has this problem.... I have asked a few people that tan and they say the same thing.
