Well, the best thing would be to
1. Drink plenty of water (2 Litres per day)
2. Eat Healthy
3. Wash your face with water- Forget all about these products they show on tv- It's all bull!
Well i use Superdrugs brand of Teatree skincare and it works for me. I would recommend you try natural remedies.
Try using fresh yoghurt on the face- leave it for 2-3 minutes and rinse off. This will give you a shine free, spot free complexion.

hi, we are what we eat and our skin and hair reflect on this big style. spots might be result of either you have oily skin with open pores and in this case watch out what you eat-no fat food, spicy or salty food, or you have skin condition relevant to your age -there are always spots inbetween 12 up to 18 years old

Try mineral makeup. It is light but covers spots and it is made from natural ingredients so it is good for your skin.

puritycosmetics.co.uk is a good brand.

Usually, which too long for me. I think it depends on the guy and his face though. Certain guys can pull off long hair and others can't.

Perhaps you are eating something which you are allergic to. Try cutting out something and see what happens - start with sugar and sweets if you eat those, or fatty foods.
