What's he going away for? If he's goin away for a job or school, then I wouldnt worry about it. By the way you and him should communicate more this way you both feel comfortable about being apart for some time. If there is no communication then feeling insecure takes place. Talk to him!

Dont get to nervous about it. Just take your mind of the situation you are having, Do you think that your boyfriend is that kind of person? .. He might just be going on a job. or visiting Family? has he told you where he is going?
