Grind 1 tablespoon each, pulp of amla and limejuice. Massage this into the hair before going to bed wash it next morning or soak shredded ginger in honey and eat a spoon every morning.

Youngsters getting white hair as they more exposed to sun and pollution, only way to prevent is to take green vegetables in your food and wash hair regularly with mild shampoo.

Lack of adequate sleep and stress cause premature greying. Eating more raw foods, sleeping properly and practicing some simple yogas will help to control it.
