DON'T SQUEEZE IT. Keep the spot clean and detox by eating your five-a-day fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water.
Try a 3-in-1 medicated wash before carrying out your make-up routine. and dont use too mch make-up.
wash your face with an oil control face wash .. and wash your face frequently to keep the extra oil out.. at the same time dont wash sooo much that your dry your skin out!! if you have a couple of nasty zits.. try toothpase.. it might sound stupid.. but..apply some toothpaste(please note.. paste not gel ) on your zit bfore you sleep and when you wake up in the morning it will look much better.. toothpaste reduces redness of the pimple and dries it out! You can also dab Tea Tree Oil on the spots..! You can also try pimple zapping products available in the market.. try.. clean & clear ( thay have some good oil control skin caare products)..Clearasil is good too.. and Do try Proactive IT WORKS!!! If this stuff doesnt help you try going to a skin specialist! All the Best!

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

I've used proactive, didn't work for me and the other product link mentioned, Murad... Murad is good stuff and very expensive too, but still not doing the job, may work for you though. I think everyones skin reacts a little bit different to every product, unfortunately. Those antibiotics for acne that was mentioned, like doxycycline, are supposed to work, but my mother refuses to let me take them because they can make your childrens teeth yellow if you are planning to have one in the near future... me not for a few years, but when i mentioned it to the dermotologist, he agreed to my mothers claims, even though it is going to be in a few years, it still could cause problems. Someone recently suggested zinc to me, vitamins and facial rub, so im going to try that! Another thing that seems to help minimize breakouts, though not fully clear them, is birth control. When I am on BC it clears up my face a lot, and now that I havent been on for a few months, my face is a disaster also... I am actually using that Murad currently, because It was expensive and I hate to waste it, and my face still looks terrible, so you probably are better off not wasting your money on that... Make sure not to overwash too, they say that is VERY bad for your skin. Wash twice a day (morning and night) and be sure to take all makeup off... and only wash furthermore if absolutely necessary... you could get oil dabbing sheets if its oily inbetween those times

Unless you're in puberty, you need to drink lots of water. The pimples are popping up on the surface, but creams and products can remove them from the surface, when the problem is really on the inside.
Water water water. Eat more fruits, less sweets and chocolates.
Goodluck.

in my experience. u just have to keep ur face clean from dust and always keep ur face clean. wash ur face with luke warm water every 1 hour. and dont allow oily stuff to deposit on ur face cause those r the main things that can cause a pimple.
