Go and see a doctor silly. 2 years is a long time for an unexplained anomaly on your body don't you think. It could be just an ingrown hair but it could also be more serious. Take a look at your eating patterns. Have you recently had anything different to eat? Have you been under a lot of stress? Many things could play a factor. Try looking up skin conditions on the net. A lot of the sites provide you with pictures that help narrow down your search. My first suggestion still stands though, go and see a doctor or perhaps a health practitioner. Good luck and whatever you do don't pick at it it'll just make it worse.

Hi yes a spot can be there for years black heads can stay there since you were little. if you havent tried to get it out if it is a whtie head then i think you should pop it as it will keep coming up if you dont get it out. if your not sure go to the doctors and see what he says if its a spot then pop it and then apply anticeptiv cream and see if it goes. if its a blocked pore it may keep getting infected.

Well, I think you should burst it if it has been there for 2 years. After bursting it, apply an oil free moisturiser. Make sure it is oil free, or else you will get tonnes of spots with oily creams!
