You know all those stretchy bones in your legs...like jello...The only way is to break the legs repeated times and the leave them in braces that elongate when you tighten them...it re breaks the leg daily for about 8 months until new bone has grown between each break...not many doctors believe in preforming this surgery

Massage the tip of the corrosponding thumb. (Right leg, right thumb)
Im not kidding!
It wont be drastic, but it works.
You have to massage it hard. It will hurt for a few seconds. Do it every day foe 2 weeks, for about 5-10 minutes each time. See how it works up to that point.

Nope. The only way you really can is by having your legs broken several times over the course of a few years. Even then depending on your original height it's only good for a couple inches.

the ultimate aspect to do is settle for your self as you're. each and every man or woman has actual constructive aspects they are not delighted with. trust me, even movie stars have self doubt. I extremely have by no skill beloved my nostril! We hit upon a thanks to stay with our imperfections and are happier for doing so.
