whether you are using the relaxer or dying your hair you have two options you can either use the dark and lovely chlorestrol conditioner its yellow or you can use soft and beautiful hair repair kit imediately after relaxing or dying. Its a three step process shampoo the conditioner and then leave in stuff alternatively just change products if its relaxer your after then soft and beautiful is cool.

Your hair probably was damage or you did not follow the insrtuctions. Dark & Lovely what? Hair color or relaxer.

It is to harsh for your hair type...try using the gentle version or using a different brand

search me i don't even know what you going on about ? you hair starts coming out? you mean falling out? maybe if that's the case the dye oxide is to strong for your hair?

try using the one for children it is less toxic
