How do you remove an initial nose piercing? Mine is like a nail (with the flat head being on the inside of my nose) and a ball on the outside. I have tried twisting the ball to possibly unscrew it, but that just makes the whole ring rotate. Please help!

I have never had acne in my life, but I see some minor red spots on my face ( only visible close-up to the mirror). I dont want it to have a massive break out, so is there any good creams that could prevent breakouts?
