I have damaged hair. I have noticed that it is not growing. I always braided my hair and leave it braided for like two weeks. My hair is falling out. Everytime I brush it hair comes out. Just wondering does my hair need protein like puting mayonaise or coconut milk?

described for the setting that the stones (blue topaz) are set on.
In this case two earrings and a necklace, came with certificate of Analysis verifing blue topaz. under setting the above was mentioned and it is confusing me. I just want to know if its gold 14kt. or not.
