hi, anyone can recommend any nail art websites that have many nail art pics? if better, step by step on how to do it... i would like to get more ideas and samples... not too complicated ones pls.. thanks

You can buy it from ebay they have lots of books for nail designs.... its even cheap. They also have NAIL ART PROFESSIONAL DIY COLOUR PRINTING MACHINE SET, im thinking to order one for myself its has 1000's of designs :)
And it "DOESN't look tacky and low class!! only fake nails look sily nail art is nice and fun.

like it reported, use a toothbrush and dip it into paint, then run your hands around the comb so it hits the nail and splatters on there, it is going to take you multiple situations to get numerous splatters.
