I am not sure which country u are in? Here in Canada they have stores that are just for petite sizes. So I can recomend going first to the stores that sell petite clothing.

I saw coats like this last night on line at Banana Republic, one coat was a really hot trench coat! I want it. It costs like $200. I can't afford that right now, I already spent my allotment.

Try somewhere like Etam teenage fashion often same styles as adults but smaller
