This is just my opinion, but... I find it very attractive (not to mention graceful) when a girl wears a long skirt and form-fitting top. Dressing skimpy isn't the best/only way to be sexy. Leaving a bit to the imagination is far sexier, to me. :)
If you're looking for a stunning appearance, go with darker colours; black, burgundy, purple. For lots of femininity, wear pastels.
