nothing... just wear a bra and they wont sag. its all about health aswell. i have fairly large boobs (32E) and i dont do anything in particular

All I can say is, you get what you get. I have an identical twin, and trust me there is one big difference between us. No massaging was needed, and they didnt even get bigger when i had my kids. But let me tell ya. They r bigger now. Trust me they will sag too. There is no way to tell what u r gonna end up with, just b glad u r healthy. Big boobs arent all they r cracked up to be.

Eventually with time they will sag - trust me!
If they have kids that can also make them sag, but after time as they get old their chests will start sagging.
Of course a person could get a breast lift, but those leave scars and can make it so a woman can never breastfeed if she has kids.

well they get them from gentics and 2 keep them nice and perky for as long as they will last always but skin firming lotion on and always wear right size bra or when active like sports always wear sports bras never ever ever slouch it is #1 cause of saggin in my book anyway
