Im wearing a red hollister shirt with a collar, wearing Aeropostate jeans (light blue) with holes. wearing white studded belt (because i like a little bitof edge). wearing rainbow flip-flops because it's a hot weather!! My hair is going to be down and straight. Do you think i should wear a (black)chocker with that outfit.

I am a natural brunette & I have been having caramel highlights put in my hair for about 2 years now but I am wanting to go back to my natural haircolor. I am skittish about letting a "professional" do this because of past experiences with them getting it way too dark, but I am also scared to try to do it myself. Anyone ever had this trouble? What is the best way to fix it?

I have a 18 year old girl at work who calls herself the "DIVA" LOL It is so annoying! She struts around and is so mean to everyone else that works there. She isnt all that cute and could stand to loose about 15lbs. She hates me with a passion but is afraid to say anything to my face and when I leave the room she tries to talk bad about me. She only dates guys with plenty of money to buy her gifts. I dont hate her, but I think her attitude sucks! She reminds me so much of me when I was her age.. How do I deal with this little *****?? I cant just ignore her, she is the receptionist and handels all my appointments.

I have a friend that is 44 and he has blond in his bangs but the rest of his hair is shaved off except for his bangs. They have platinum highlights.
