There isn't anything sick or disgusting about this question. Last time I checked, everyone has a 'hiney-hole', so what's the big deal? And this probably isn't a question you would ask you friends, so the anonimity of the internet works great in this situation.

By the way, I'd say the alcohol in the baby wipes is drying out your skin down there and causing it to itch. Lay off the baby wipes, use just regular soap and water. If that doesn't do the trick in a week or so, go ask a doctor.

Usually when you're positive something is clean, and it itches, that means that you're over-cleaning. I over-cleaned my ears for a long time, and they got itchy and I just kept cleaning them, and eventually I thought it was an infection...but it wasn't. I was just cleaning too much and irritating it. Did you know that your uh...hiney hole has "good" bacteria in it that cleans up what wipes can't? So don't over do it.

By the way, it could also be the alcohol in the baby wipes. Try using tissue and water.

Perhaps prep H wipes? Soap & water should do the trick though.
Good luck.

try preparation h. if that doesn't work, might want to see your pcp to check for fungus. pcp can usually prescribe a topical treatment for that.
