Is this a joke? Wear what you want to wear. "Emo" and "prep" are used to describe personality traits, not dress codes. There are no "emo clothes," only clothing that, when worn as an ensemble, looks a little emo.

well i say combine the two. it is always best to just create your own style out of existing styles. a hybrid sort of. that's what i have done since i went to college. i combine punk, a little goth, and urban hip hop. this works for me. so rock it girl, as long as you are confident and comfortable you will look great.
