i was always around 47kg, after doin yoga n goin to the gym everyday in the past two months im now 45kg, n when i stop doin exercises but keep on eatin lil ill gain weight after 2 or 3 days for about 5kg, why is that happenin? y did it stop at 45kg? but my BMI is 30 which is considered as fat, should i find myself a trainer or wht else should i do?

ok, so I have the hoop the piercer pierced it with but I don't like it because I think the hoops are ugly. I have a stud but it's the kind that's all twisty inside and it's annoying.
