Be gentle to your hair and massage your head when you shampoo it so don't pile up your hair and lather it into a mess. Use plently of conditioner which matches your hair type. And lastly, pile up on balms and de-tangling serums while combing your hair (with a wooden-bristled brush!) and consult your hairstylist for additional advice. Hope this helps!

Ur outside beauty depends a lot on how ur inner health is. So for exapmle if you have some issue with ur hair (or acne for eg) then be wary of the worry that is troubling you for long. Thats quite a philosophical answer. However, a soltuion to ur existing problem is.
1) Apply aloevera juice on ur hai before taking a bath (It should be applied for atleast 20 minutes).
2) U can also apply juice derived from Neem leaves for around the same time. (This is one of the additional benefits of neem).
3) Apart from this, eat healthy food. Eat a lot of fruits(liek bananas, custard apple etc).
4) Last but not the least, practice pranayam. There are particular pranayams that help making ur hair stronger.
Hope this helps, :)

My daughter has very thick, curly hair that frizzes and tangles easily. I use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner everytime I wash her hair. After shampooing, I make sure I use a good detangler or leave-in conditioner and I comb it through with a wide-tooth comb. Also you could try a frizz serum like Frizz Ease. Most of the brand name companies have developed their line of frizz busters and leave-in treatments, so try them out and see which one works best for you. Also, using a diffuser with your blow dryer will help to cultivate the frizz into curls with some help from a mousse or curl serum.

Invest in some good products for your hair - something like a serum for developing curls - apply to wet hair, and also a good conditionner will help. I cant recommend any particular products, as the ones that will work for you will depend on hair type - your best bet will be to try out some "travel size" products so that if they dont do the trick you havent wasted loads of money. Trial and error and you WILL find the perfect combination of products to suit your hair.

shampoo only the scalp when u wash ur hair. Only when you ve used oil, hair spray or serum (like livon or numis) do u need to use shampoo on the hair that flows. For the tangles use a good leave-in conditioner. Experiment with different partings to change ur look.
