i was always around 47kg, after doin yoga n goin to the gym everyday in the past two months im now 45kg, n when i stop doin exercises but keep on eatin lil ill gain weight after 2 or 3 days for about 5kg, why is that happenin? y did it stop at 45kg? but my BMI is 30 which is considered as fat, should i find myself a trainer or wht else should i do?

even my frds said tht i eat very little n healthily, but im always tht fat, im 15 yrs old n 5'1
