my friend has very thick wavy/curly blonde hair and she always puts it in a bun or a braid. she NEEDS a new haistyle. i don't think she wants to cut much off and she doesn't want to curl it..any ideas?

I have dull hair.

It's kind of thin when it dries naturally, but gets volomptuous when I scrunch it up or roll it up, or braid it.

I haven't used the blow dryer for 1 month and a half.

I'm not happy with my hair color , and I want a new look for September. I want to dye my hair black again like last year. Last year was the last time I dyed it, and my hair color faded because of the sun. If I use Ammonia-Free hair-dye...will it ruin my hair?

I am at my wits end! I am over 30 and still actively getting pimples. I have sensitive skin and use spectra gel and netrogena, still I am exploding with these horrible red disasters! Does anyone know why I am still getting them or what I could use on my sensitive skin for these little critters?
I do drink lots of water (3 bottles of water a day sometimes more, plus juice, I never drink pop or I shouldn't say never but rarely) and scrub once a week with a loafa spounge.

I posted this earlier, but I wanted to see if I coudl get some diffrent answers now that I have a few more details...

I have shoulder lenght hair, in three VERY distinctent layers about an inch apart.

I want to make my hair look very messed up, kind of stringy, but withoug gelling it with three pounds of hair products.

In the end, I want it to look gungy-rock style.

My hair is shoulder length(as I said) and it has a natural curl to it that turns into a ugly wave when brushed. I like to straigten it, but if anyone has tips on how to make a very light curl (without looking prissy and done-up, I still wnat it to look messed up) that woudl be nice.

I don't have acne, and my complexion, up until a very faint sunburn I got on vacation, has been pretty clear and smooth with out the use of products. But now, although not terribly noticible from a distance, up close in a mirror, all around my nose and my forehead has alot, like tons, of tiny white tipped dots. I don't know how big a white head is, so I don't really know if I have them cause.... there just seems to be a ton and really tiny.

If white heads are what I have, how do I get rid of them, cause its just really annoying.

I'm 22 and I am trying to excercise daily, drink plenty of water, eat right and my skin still looks dull. I use to go tanning all the time and it made my skin look so much more healthier, but I don't want to tan anymore because of the damage it can cause. Any suggestions??
