How do I use velcro rollers?

Does my hair need to be wet or dry? Am I supposed to sleep in them?

Dry... and I wouldn't try to sleep in them. They'd just fall out. They work best when your hair is still warm from being dried with a blow dryer.

supposed to be dry but DON'T use them they will dry your hair
