White head? or something else?

Question

I don't have acne, and my complexion, up until a very faint sunburn I got on vacation, has been pretty clear and smooth with out the use of products. But now, although not terribly noticible from a distance, up close in a mirror, all around my nose and my forehead has alot, like tons, of tiny white tipped dots. I don't know how big a white head is, so I don't really know if I have them cause.... there just seems to be a ton and really tiny.

If white heads are what I have, how do I get rid of them, cause its just really annoying.

Sounds like whiteheads. The areas you are talking about are very common for oils from the skin to collect and clog skin pores, If this is a sudden change, perhaps you have been ingesting something that has caused this. Many foods can increase the oil production from your glands. Stress is another sudden skin changer. If you are not going through a natural hormonal change in life(puberty, menopause, pregnancy). These could be reasons for their appearance. Looking at some of the earlier response you have, I would suggest NOT squeezing them. You can damage the skin and end up with scarring, or the very least infections. Scrub with a good exfoliater at least twice a day. Increase cleaning as you become more active and prone to perspiration.

I have tons of white heads as well. You can squeeze them like pimples but it's probably best to use a black head strip. I think they work the same. Just look on the packet and find one that works on white heads.

probably just whiteheads that you can treat with over the counter medicine, also may be tiny sebaceous cysts (highly doubtful)
