Yes, it has come back into style this fall.
It's not to my personal taste, but if you want to try it, then maybe check out some discount stores for an inexpensive skirt and leggins to try out. Then if you don't like it, you didn't waste a lot of money. Try stores like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Target, Wal-mart, K-Mart, eBay, outlet stores, etc...

It's kind of the trend now, but I think it's pretty dorky. In my style IQ, skirts with leggings is as out of date as ponchos with rain boots.

Yeah, for the moment. Once fall and winter 2006 leaves, it'll return back to the 80s Time Capsule it was released from.

depends on what type of skirt with what color leggings...i wear grey leggings and flip flops under a short frayed denim skirt and its cute
