someone who has a emo style perhaps...
My flatmate is a hairdresser and she has a short emo cut, with the back of her head dyed bluegreen.
If all else fails and you don't know one...
Take in lots of pictures....

Someone who has hair you like and cuts it themself.
A beautician probably isnt going to get it how you want it.

Do it yourself...stylists usually suck at making em hairstyles...unless you find and emo hairstylist :)
