IT IS VERY DIFFICULT JOB BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE HAVE PATIENCE AND STAR EXERCISE FROM TODAY ONWARDS AT LEAST FOR 1-2 HOURS IN THE MORNING CUT OIL FROM YOUR DIET.

drink water lime every day in morning,never do dieting but avoid junk food which are oily. take out half an hour between 5-6p.m for dancing and drink lot of water .if possible then go 4 walk in morning 4 atleast 1 hour. Becoz i hav suffered 4m this situation and now i am slim .

I have also a same question as u have,but i want 2 tell u that take boil water 1glass ,1 lemon juice & 1 spoon honey than mix it and than take it at early morning in empty stomach upto 1-2 month it really works .

If you want to be skinny like the super models, then you should exercise and be more like model type. Show everybody that you can be a model, you just have to have faith in you that's all. But don't go on diet for God sake. Just have fun with your exercise and have more attitude like Models have. You might want to get away from snacks like chips and candy, stuff like that. Ok good luck with that.

well u can stop eating unhealthy food..........wat i do to keep slim and not gain weight is to eat cereal for about a week or more depends....well walking also help alot go out and wallk for about 2 hours for a month that help alot

do not diet. eat 40% of food during brkfast. and if possible at dinner ,eat only salad .eat nourshing food n of course exercise in the morning is a must.

exercise,cutting back on calories drinking water, slim fast ,jenny craig if you have money ,stryker pills make sure you check with dr. before to make sure there are no underlying conditions and can refer to dietician good luck!

u just have to watch ur diet. u also have 2 workout, but don't exert urself. take care, if u lose a few kilos and after that u stop watching wat u eat, u will gain weight twice as fast.
